On Wednesday 1st June Shaun Searley of Quality Chop House fame is bringing his inventive, farm to table cuisine to Kitchen Table – BUT expect the unexpected with Shaun’s refined take on nose to tail eating, dayboat fish and seasonal vegetables transformed into a Kitchen Table tasting format.
Lauded as one of the UK’s upcoming chefs, and described by The Top 50 2016 for his take on mince toast “ like no mince you’ve had before, the most insanely meaty mince imaginable”, we’re incredibly excited for Shaun to introduce his off-piste tasting menu for one night only at Kitchen Table.
Shaun describes the food he serves at Quality Chop House as being “traditionally creative” with his produce driven menus, focusing on British, locally-sourced and sustained food, allowing the excellent meat, seafood and vegetables to shine at their seasonal best.
“I enjoy using unusual ingredients such as monkfish liver or cod chitterlings, along with different animal fats. Some examples being ‘beef fat brioche’, ‘langoustine hollandaise’ and ‘chicken butter’, because we don’t want to see anything go in the bin. We respect and use everything possible to maximise the use of all our products.”
The evening will consist of one sitting at 7:00pm, tickets are priced at £95 per person for 12 courses with an optional £38 for 3 additional supplement courses, beverage and service not included. Regretfully, during our special events, we are not able to accommodate any dietary requirements.
