On Tuesday 5th April, we are super excited to invite to Kitchen Table, our new favourite street food traders in London Ta Ta Eatery.
The chef duo, Zijun Meng and Ana Goncalves behind Ta Ta Eatery, come via Viajante, Corner Room, Chiltern Firehouse and now regularly trade at Druid Street Market, Street Feast and Broadway Market with their pop up brand, where they serve delicious, contemporary Chinese food in the shape of rice bowls, congee and ricewiches (yes, a rice sandwich).
“For us rice is a vessel for food; it is very much like bread, that is used for burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, etc. Rice in principle, is a simpler process to cook yet it requires a lot of knowledge and love.
After the noodle trend of last year we believe rice has the potential to be the next big thing in London.
With our experience we want to bring another trend, to the London food scene – RICE.” Ta Ta Eatery
The guest chef evening will begin at 7pm and tickets are priced at £125 per person for 12 courses, beverage and service not included. Regretfully, during our special events, we are not able to accommodate any dietary requirements.
